Secretary (Tax Treaties & Convention)

• All matters relating to negotiations and renegotiations of the ADTAs, T1EAs,FATCA.
• National Assembly and Senate Business relating to ADTAs, TIEAs, and FATCA.
• Matters relating to MAP under the ADTAs.
• Propose nominations for negotiating/renegotiating of ADTAs and FATCA through Chief (Int. Taxes).
• Provide input on Policy Issues relating to Sr. (i), (ii) & (iii) above
• Matters related to registration of International NGOs and
• Any other job assigned by DG (International Taxes).
