ایف بی آر کی پریس ریلیز

Officers of Inland Revenue Service Islamabad/Rawalpindi Region hosted a farewell dinner in honour of Mr. Asim Ahmad, Chairman FBR. The ceremony was attended by Members of Board, Chief Commissioners of Islamabad/Rawalpindi field formations, Director Generals of Intelligence and Investigation IR and Customs, DG Internal audit, Commissioners and officers of Inland Revenue of Islamabad/Rawalpindi Region. 

The speakers on the occasion paid huge tribute to Mr. Asim Ahmad on his illustrious and successful career. Senior Officers of the Board and field formations lauded the achievements of Mr. Asim Ahmad as Chairman FBR. His efforts and inspiring leadership during the most difficult economic circumstances are considered to be the hallmark of his long career. It was said that during his tenure as Chairman, FBR not only achieved its revenue targets in the challenging economic conditions but also improved many milestones achieved earlier. His efforts for the betterment of service and employees of FBR were duly acknowledged. 

Mr Asim Ahmad Chairman FBR in his address lauded the extraordinary performance of the officers which resulted in the achievement of improved collection of revenues. He emphasised the role of FBR as an institution by stating that only a strong, motivated and resourceful FBR has the potential to bring the country out of its economic woes. Mr. Asim Ahmad shared his experiences with the officers of FBR and advised the young officers to work with their full potential as they are the real assets of this country. 

In the end, a souvenir was presented to the Chairman FBR. The ceremony ended with a group photograph with the officers of IRS and Customs.

ان لینڈ ریونیو سروس اسلام آباد/ راولپنڈی ریجن کے افسران نے چیئرمین فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو عاصم احمد کے اعزاز میں پیر کے روز ایک الوداعی عشائیہ کاا ہتمام کیا۔ تقریب میں بورڈ کے ممبران،اسلام آباد/راولپنڈی فیلڈ فارمیشنز کے چیف کمشنرز، انٹیلی جنس اینڈ انوسٹٹیگیشن آئی آر اور کسٹمز کے ڈائریکٹر جنرلز، ڈی جی انٹرنل آڈٹ، اسلام آباد/راولپنڈی ریجن کے ان لینڈ ریونیو کے کمشنرز اور افسران نے شرکت کی۔

 

اس موقع پر مقررین نے عاصم احمد کو اُن کے شاندار اور کامیاب کیریئر پر زبردست خراج تحسین پیش کیا۔ بورڈ اور فیلڈ فارمیشنز کے سینئر افسران نے عاصم احمد کی بطور چیئرمین ایف بی آر کامیابیوں کو سراہا۔ مشکل ترین معاشی حالات میں ان کی کاوشوں اور متاثر کن قیادت کو ان کے طویل کیریئر کا خاصہ سمجھا جاتا ہے۔ مقررین نے کہا کہ ایف بی آر نے اُن کی سربراہی میں مشکل معاشی حالات کے باوجود نہ صرف محصولات کے اہداف حاصل کئے بلکہ پہلے کے حاصل کئے گئے کئی سنگ ہائے میل کو بھی بہتر کیا۔ مقررین نے ایف بی آر کے لئے اُن کی خدمات اور ملازمین کی بہتری کے لئے ان کی کاوشوں کو سراہا۔ 

 

چیئرمین ایف بی آر عاصم احمد نے اپنے خطاب میں ایف بی آر کے افسران کی غیرمعمولی کارکردگی کو سراہا جس کے نتیجہ میں حکومتی محصولات کی وصولی میں بہتری آئی۔ اُنہوں نے بطور ادارہ ایف بی آر کے کردار کی اہمیت پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ صرف ایک مضبوط، متحرک اور وسائل سے بھرپور ایف بی آر ہی ملک کو معاشی مشکلات سے نکالنے کی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے۔

 

عاصم احمد نے ایف بی آر کے افسران کو اپنے تجربات کے بارے میں بتایا اور نوجوان افسران کو مشورہ دیا کہ وہ اپنی پوری صلاحیتوں کے ساتھ کام کریں کیونکہ وہ اس ملک کا اصل اثاثہ ہیں۔ آخر میں چیئرمین ایف بی آر کو سوونیئر پیش کیا گیا۔تقریب کا اختتام گروپ فوٹو پہ ہوا۔
