Growth of 7.7 percent in taxes and duties collection till May 2020

Federal Board of Revenue has released the information about the taxes and duties collected in the month of May, 2020. According to official figures, taxes and duties of 227 billion have been collected in May, 2020. Likewise the FBR has also released the information about taxes and duties collected till May 2020 in the current Financial Year. According to official figure, 3,518 billion of revenue has so far been collected, showing an increase of 7.7 percent compared with the 3,266 billion collected last year till May, 2019. FBR has managed to collect 90 percent of total revenue target of 3908 billion for the current Financial Year despite Corona Virus outbreak, slowdown in economy and impact of lockdown on businesses.

فیڈرل بور ڈ آف ریوینیو نے ماہ مئی 2020 میں وصول ہونے والے ٹیکسز اور ڈیوٹیز کی تفصیلات جاری کی ہیں جس کے مطابق  مئی 2020 میں کل ٹیکسز اور ڈیوٹیز 227 ارب حاصل ہوئےہیں۔

ایف بی آر نے رواں سال مئی 2020 تک حاصل ہونے والے ٹیکسز اور ڈیوٹیز کی تفصیلات بھی جاری کی ہیں جس کے مطابق کل حاصل کردہ ٹیکسز اور ڈیوٹیز مئی 2020 تک 3518 ارب ہیں جو کہ پچھلے سال 3266 ارب تھے اس طرح 7.7 فیصد زائد ٹیکسز اور ڈیوٹیز حاصل ہوئے۔کرونا وبا کے پھیلاو ' اقتصادی مندی اور کاروباری بندش کےبا وجود ایف بی آر نے روااں ما لی سال کے3908 ارب کےریونیو ہدف  کا نوے فیصد ریوینیو حاصل کر لیا ہے۔
