In view of the various representations received from Trade bodies seeking extension in time for  e–filing of Corporate Income Tax Returns, for tax year 2007, on account of difficulties faced in e-filing due to prevalent circumstances (including electricity load shedding etc), for the facilitation of taxpayers, Federal Board of Revenue has decided to extend the date for e – filing of Corporate Income Tax returns up to 31^st January, 2008.
