About Us
- The Planning Monitoring & Evaluation Cell (PM&EC) was established in FBR (HQ) in April 2007 – ECNEC decision
- The PM&EC in FBR was transferred to the non-development budget w.e.f. 01.07.2013. Major responsibilities of PM&EC are:
- Preparation of Master Plans and conceptual drawings
- Vetting PWD designs, drawings and BOQs
- Evaluation of cost and quantities in the PC-Is
- Frequent monitoring and evaluation of projects
- Obtaining Project Monitoring and Evaluation System (PMES)
- Online dissemination of project details to Planning & Finance Divisions
