VISIT OF WORLD BANK’S IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE MISSION (MR. WYATT GRANT AND MR. PAULO DOS SANTOS) AT REGIONAL TAX OFFICE RAWALPINDI ON 07-04-2011

Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Office, Rawalpindi received Mr. Wyatt Grant and Mr. Paulo Dos Santos along with FBR’s officials visited RTO Rawalpindi on 07-04-2011. They appraised CCIR RTO Rawalpindi on the initiatives taken by RTO regarding new registrants filing Income Tax/ Sales Tax returns and withholding statements, functioning of new field offices’ structure, progress on refund processing (ERS), use of TAMS and results from Audits; controlling Non-Filing and Stop- Filing, followed by the general discussions on issues being faced by the RTO in meeting its revenue targets.
