Visit of Member (Legal)-FBR to RTO Sukkur

Member (Legal) visited RTO Sukkur on 21-01-2018. A detail presentation was made to the Officers of RTO Sukkur wherein Member (Legal) discussed the common issues arising from departmental orders, interpretation of various provisions of law and various legal precedents. The objective of the meeting was to sensitize the departmental officers regarding contentious issues leading to Litigation and appropriate ways of managing core issues alongwith discussion for improving the clarity of the officers about these issues.
