A meeting with Members of Chamber of Commerce & Industry Sukkur and Sukkur Tax Bar Association, Sukkur was held by Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Office, Sukkur on 04/02/2016 in Conference Room of RTO. The Focal person RTO Sukkur nominated for VTCS Dr.Pervez Ahmed Shar, Additional Commissioner (Hqs), gave a comprehensive and detailed Power Point presentation on VTCS to all the participants highlighting the salient features of the scheme and its benefits. It was briefed that the Scheme offered a rare and golden opportunity to the traders to become part of the tax net and to do their business with ease and comfort without any fear of being audited for next four years. It was followed by questions and answers/discussion session in which the participants took active part and made useful suggestions.

The Chamber and Tax Bar Association were informed that nine teams have been constituted to guide and facilitate the traders’ community. These teams shall provide relevant material and guidance at the door step. The participants assured their full cooperation and support to make the scheme a success.
