RTO Sukkur - conducted the seminar on Voluntary Tax COmpliance Scheme on 23rd February, 2016
An awareness seminar on Voluntary Tax Compliance Scheme (VTCS) 2016 was arranged by Regional Tax Office Sukkur at Hotel Inter Pak Inn on Tuesday the 23rd February, 2016.
2. The Seminar was widely attended by representatives of Tax Bar Associations, Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and various Trade Associations/Bodies of Sukkur and Larkana Divisions. Commissioners, Additional Commissioners and other officers of the RTO were also present on the occasion.
3. Dr. Pervez Ahmed Shar, Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue gave detailed presentation on VTCS highlighting the salient features and benefits of the scheme.

5. The speakers shared their views on the VTCS and urged the traders to avail the Scheme as it was a golden opportunity for documentation of business.
6. Mr. Naeem Mir informed that the Scheme had been finalized after long negotiations between the Traders and the FBR. Now it was duty of traders to file maximum number of returns under the Scheme and contribute to national economy.
7. The traders showed their keen interest in the scheme and thanked the management of Regional Tax Office, Sukkur for arranging the Seminar.
