RTO Bahawalpur Held a Seminar at Bahawalpur Chamber of Commerce & Industries for traders on VTCS.
For creating awareness and understanding of Voluntary Tax Compliance Scheme (VTCS) among the traders and business community, a seminar was organized in the conference hall of Bahawalpur Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Bahawalpur.
Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, RTO, Bahawalpur Mr. Ghazanfar Hussain alongwith the Commissioner Inland Revenue, Zone-I, Bahawalpur Mr. Rajabuddin, Additional Commissioner IR Mr. Ghulam Sarwar Shah, Deputy Commissioner IR Mr. Muhammad Akhtar Suraj and other officers participated in the seminar.
The President, Bahawalpur Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Bahawalpur Mr. Zafar Sharif, senior vice president Raja Shah Zeb, vice president Ch. Munawar Hussain, Members of Executive Committee and a large number of members of the chamber attended the seminar.
The Chief Commissioner IR, RTO, Bahawalpur Mr. Ghazanfar Hussain explained that this scheme is not for the collection of tax only but it is to resolve the problems of the new businessmen. Earlier the officers of RTO, Bahawalpur elaborated the benefits of the scheme for the traders. Questions/Queries raised by the participants on different aspects of the Scheme were answered in detailed. At the end, all the participants showed their satisfaction with the Scheme.
