Passing out ceremony of IRS Officers of 44th STP
Passing out Ceremony of 44th Specialized Training Program was held on 9th of February, 2018. Chairman FBR Mr. Tariq Mahmood Pasha graced the occasion. Members of FBR, retired and serving officers of IRS / PCS and families of probationary officers of 44th Specialized Training Program attended the ceremony.
Ms. Iram Adnan, the Director General, Directorate General of Training & Research (IR), formally addressed and gave an overview of the whole training module. She highlighted that how it caters to the modern days needs in developing professional acumen in Probationary officers. The Director General stressed the need of research and importance of skillful use of data for working in modern environment.
The Chairman Federal Board of Revenue/Chief guest while addressing the probationary officers emphasized the importance of training in creating professionalism, pleasant and polite behavior towards taxpayers, and analytical ability. The Chairman FBR stressed the need of integrity and hard work in discharge of official duties. In the end, the Chairman awarded training completion certificates to all trainee officers and shields to distinguished trainee officers.
