Martyrs’ Monument Inaugurated in FBR HQ

Chairman, Federal Board of Revenue has inaugurated the Martyrs’ Monument in FBR HQ to pay tribute to the services of all those employees of FBR who lost their lives in the line of duty. FBR Members and other senior officers and officials were present on the occasion. Chairman FBR placed the floral wreath at the site of Martyrs’ Monument.

The Martyrs’ Monument also contains the names of those employees who lost their lives due to covid-19 during performance of official duties. Out of total 80 martyrs, 32 belonged to Inland Revenue Service and 48 were Pakistan Customs employees. In the end, special prayer was held for the martyrs.

ایف بی آر ہیڈکوارٹر میں یادگار شہداء کا افتتاح

فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو ہیڈکوارٹرمیں شہید ہونے والے ایف بی آر کے ملازمین کی خدمات کو خراج عقیدت پیش کرنے کے لئے  چئیرمین ایف بی آر نےیادگار شہداء کا افتتاح  کیا ۔ اس موقع پر ممبران ایف بی آر اور دیگر افسران و اہلکار بھی موجودتھے۔ چئیرمین ایف بی آر نے یادگار شہداء پر پھولوں کا گلدستہ چڑ ھایا۔

یاد گار شہداء پر ان تمام شہداء کے نام درج ہیں جو سرکاری فرائض کی ادائیگی کے دوران خالق حقیقی سے جا ملے ۔ ان شہداء میں کووڈ 19 سے جاں بحق ہونے والے ملازمین بھی شامل ہیں۔ کل 80 شہداء میں سے 32 کا تعلق ان لینڈ ریونیو سروس سے ہے اور 48 کا تعلق پاکستان کسٹمز سے ہے۔ تقریب کے آخر میں شہداء کے لئے اجتماعی دعا کی گئی۔
