Chairman FBR holds E-Kutchery in FBR HQ

To comply with the directions of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Muhammad Javed Ghani held an E-Kutchery at FBR HQ on Friday to listen to the complaints and issues of taxpayers. The complainants called at 111772772 and interacted directly with the Chairman FBR.

Chairman FBR issued on spot orders to the concerned members of different wings for the resolution of complaints. Chairman assured the taxpayers that all the Field Formations of FBR have been directed to provide maximum facilitation to the taxpayers to resolve their grievances. FBR will ensure complete assistance to the taxpayers to narrow the trust deficit between the organization and the people.

فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریوینیو ہیڈکوارٹر  میں وزیراعظم پاکستان کی ہدایات پر  ای کچہری کا انعقا د ہوا جس میں چیئرمین ایف بی آر محمد جاوید غنی نے ٹیکس گزاروں کی آن لائن شکایات سنی اور ان کے تدارک کے لئے موقع پر متعلقہ ونگز کے ممبران کو ہدایا ت جاری  کی۔ ٹیکس گزاروں نے 111772772 پر کال کرکے براہ راست چیئرمین ایف بی آر کو مسائل سے آگاہ کیا۔

چیئرمین ایف بی آر نے ٹیکس گزاروں کو یقین دہانی کرائی کہ ان کے مسائل کے فوری حل کے لئے ایف بی آر کے تمام ذیلی دفاتر کو احکامات  جاری کئے جا چکے ہیں۔ ایف بی آر ٹیکس گزاروں کی سہولت کو مد نظر رکھتے ہوئے ہر ممکن تعاون فراہم کر رہا ہے تاکہ ٹیکس گزاروں کا ادارے پر اعتماد بڑھے۔
