MCCs to remain open for collection of duties, taxes on 30th & 31st

All the Model Customs Collecorates (MCCs) of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) will remain open and observe extended working hours from 09:00am to 10:00pm on Wednesday (December 30, 2015) and Thursday (December 31, 2015) for collection of duties and taxes.
All Chief Collectors have also been directed to establish liaison with the State Bank of Pakistan, National Bank of Pakistan and scheduled commercial banks in their jurisdiction to ensure transfer of tax collection from these branches before or on 31.12.2015 to the respective offices of State Bank of Pakistan on the same date so as to account for the same towards the collection for the month of December 2015
