During the last four years, almost 2.68 million new taxpayers filed their tax returns.
By the efforts of FBR, including measures taken by the Directorate General of Broadening of Tax Base (BTB), 1,187,733 new tax returns have been filed w.e.f. July 1, 2022 to June, 30, 2023. The figures is still increasing.
