Member Admin Chairs the 2nd Meeting on Arrangements for Federal Budget 2015-16
Mr. Shahid Hussain Jatoi, Member Administration, FBR Chaired a meeting here at Federal Board of Revenue Headquarters today the 28th May, 2015 regarding administrative arrangements for Annual Revenue Budget exercise for the year 2015-16. It was 2nd meeting on the matter in which arrangements already made and future action plan was discussed with the Budget Core-Team constituted during its first meeting held on 28th April, 2015.
Detailed deliberations were made by each Coordinator and Deputy Coordinator, Budget regarding their Work Plans. Roles and assignments of each member of the Budget Core-team were emphasized upon to ensure smooth budget exercise.
Mr. Shahid Hussain Jatoi, assured that all logistics support shall be provided by the Administration. He was of the point that we should learn lessons from past experiences and get ourselves ready for any urgent situation and be prepared for alternate solutions if any hardship arises. “Though it is a tremendous stressful job to carryout in a short time span, but I am confident enough that we all shall remain focused on the SOPs and timelines decided to complete this important annual exercise, he added”. Mr. Jatoi concluded the meeting with a vote of thanks to all the participants.
